Deep breathing provides us with energy and allows us to relax when we have been overwhelmed. Take a second before your exam to just breathe, and remind yourself that you are capable, and able to defeat this test!

Acknowledge your strengths and your self-preparation along the way. Whether it is with hours of studying or remembering to bring your raincoat to class. You are your own best friend and #1 fan! Be supportive of yourself in these moments!

Tests are hurdles, not roadblocks in your path. They require more energy, but you are trained to overcome them.

Embrace the day with a positive outlook, it can never hurt to be an optimist!
Never forget that even if you don't meet your expectation for an exam or an assignment, you are more than capable of getting better, and coming back strong. It may take more energy, and more time, but at the end of the day, we are all here to learn and improve every day!
